Enroll now for the 2011/2012 school year!

  • Fill out the enrollment packet.

    You will need to fill out the enrollment packet for your student in its entirety, include all of the necessary forms, and mail it to the address shown on the first page of the packet.

    Please send the completed enrollment packet, and the following materials:

    • Enrollment packet
    • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
    • A copy of the most recent report card (except if applying to Kindergarten)
    • Proof of residence
    • Release of student records
    • Health Information Form
    • Special service plan if applicable to child: 504, IEP

  • Complete your interview with a Kansas Online Learning Program representative.

    • Once you have filled out and submitted your enrollment packet, KOLP will contact you directly to schedule an in-person interview. This meeting will allow you to ask any questions you have about the program, and will provide you with the necessary information you need to finalize your enrollment.

  • Congratulations – you're enrolled!

    • KOLP will be in touch throughout the summer with activities, next steps, and information about the 2011-2012 school year.
